Classic Method / Klassische Methode
Classic Method (picture 1 and 2):
1. hold both sides parallel to each other (usually both WS meeting each other, but check what the pattern tells you to do)
2. insert helping needle into first stitch from front needle and into first stitch from back needle and knit both sts together. slip both from left needle. you have 1 stitch on right hand (helping) needle
3. repeat 2. and then pass the first stitch over the new stitch. Repeat until all sts are bound off.
Klassische Methode: (Bild 1 und 2)
1. beide Nadeln parallel halten, die Seite auf der die Naht sichtbar sein soll, außen.
2. mit der 3. Nadel in die erste Masche der vorderen Nadel einstechen und durch diese hindurch in die M der hinteren Nadel stechen, nun beide zusammen abstricken und von der linken Nadel gleiten lassen.
3. Schritt 2. wiederholen und dann die erste M von der rechten Nadel über die neue M überheben um abzuketten. wiederholen bis alle M abgekettet sind.
The easy Hinterm Stein-Method - Einfache Hinterm-Stein-Methode
1. hold both sides parallel to each other (usually both WS meeting each other, but check what the pattern tells you to do) Slip alternating 1st from back needle and 1st from front needle to the helping needle (without knitting them, start with the stitch from back needle if you want to bind off in knit stitch, start with front needle if you want to bind off in purl stitch)
2. k2tog, (k2tog, pass 1st st over new st to bind off) repeat (..) until all sts are bound off
1. beide Nadeln parallel halten, die Seite auf der die Naht sichtbar sein soll, außen.
2. mit der 3. Nadel abwechselnd eine M von der hinteren Nadeln und von der vorderen Nadel auf die Hilfsnadel heben (ohne zu verdrehen)
3. 2M zusammenstricken, (2M zusammenstricken, die erste überheben) wiederholen bis Ende.
